The folks from Michiana Heating and Air Conditioning were service oriented when I met them (and extremely responsive when I called with additional questions). Also, no high pressure sales. The install took place when they said it would. I just know that my very picky mother is currently very pleased.

They come twice a year to check the system. They are very customer oriented; I have had good service with them. I will continue to use them every spring and every fall for our system maintenance.
